Before I even knew banana bread was a thoing out here in Maui, I started craving it.. So instead of my banana pancakes, we've been indulging in this banana bread out here, haha. I barely finished letting it cool just to take a picture before Dan wanted to dig in it and as soon as him and the rest of the crew did, it was gone in less than 30 minutes.
These are the FAMOUS '3 ingredient pancakes/crepes'.. Our future kids are gonna live the dream.. haha.. I know I wanted to eat pancakes for dinner every day when I was a kid and that's exactly what we do now. This is how you CAN eat pancakes every day if you want to and NOT feel guilty. Brussels sprouts! You either hate 'em or love 'em... I personally love them but I know most people don't. Often people buy them and have no idea what to actually do with them.. Some greens just look cute and pretty in the store and so you buy them and think...what the heck am I gonna do with these.. ( or am I the only one that does stuff like that?)
