Skinny Greek Yogurt

I'm having a few new obsessions lately and this is just another one of them! This full bowl is a whole meal for me but if I'm just craving a snack, I'll make half the portion. Packed with protein and goodness making it ideal for a post workout meal.. I don't really consume a lot of dairy unless it's raw, but WHEN I DO... it's usually greek yogurt ('Straus' or 'Maple Hill Creamery' as it's milk from grass fed cows). And yes, I'm eating it right now as I'm typing this, after getting back from a workout :)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop protein powder 
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1,5 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp bee pollen ( forgot it in the picture :)
  • Drizzle some raw unheated honey on top (optional)

Mix your yogurt & protein powder together. Cut your apple into cubes and add in, sprinkle the rest on top! You could sub for coconut yogurt and vegan protein powder if you want a vegan option. And leave out the honey and bee pollen ofc :)
